Barbour Dogs: Hero Competition| Terms and Conditions
A few rules…
Who can enter?
This competition is open to everyone who is resident in the United Kingdom, excluding employees or agents of Barbour and/or anyone professionally connected with this competition and their immediate families.
You must be at least 18 years old.
No purchase is necessary and entry into this competition is free.
This competition will run for a period of one year from 5pm on Monday 4th of March 2024 GMT and runs until 17:00pm on Thursday 2nd of January 2025 GMT.
There will be a bi-monthly prize draw that commences on the first day of every other month for period of one week.
You must be a dog owner.
Method of entry
To enter the competition, you can either visit Barbour.com/Barbour-dogs or subscribe to our monthly pupdate email: https://www.barbour.com/barbour-dogs-email. Once subscribed, you will receive an email which will contain the competition entry form which you can complete to enter this competition.
· You can enter the prize draw each month during the competition period referred to above, but only one entry is permitted per person per month. Any duplicate entries will be disregarded.
The Prize
· There will be one prize winner selected every other month who will choose two of the following Barbour products:
· Barbour Dog Collar
· Barbour Dog Lead
· Barbour Dog Coat
The winner will be selected at random, and we will notify our winning entrant no later than five days after. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. In the unlikely event this prize should become unavailable, Barbour reserves the right to substitute for an alternative prize of Barbour product, of equal or higher value.
J Barbour & Sons Ltd reserves the right to withdraw this competition at any time without prior notice, but this will not apply to any entries that have already been submitted.
· The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
Winner
Barbour will contact the winner via Instagram or email, no later than five days after each bi-monthly prize draw.
The successful winner’s first name, as well as their dogs name, may appear on Barbour.com, Barbour and Barbour Dogs social channels, and emails. By entering this competition, you consent to Barbour publishing your name as the successful winner of the prize.
The winners must claim their prize within 1 week of receiving notification from Barbour. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, Barbour reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to an alternative entrant using the same selection procedure.
Barbour shall have no liability to a previously selected potential winner who has not responded in time.
· Please note the prize cannot be selected from retail stores or claimed via barbour.com. Delivery of the prize will be organised free of charge by Barbour to the successful entrant.
By entering this competition, you are agreeing: -
· That you will provide 3-5 photographs of your dog wearing the prizes provided by Barbour.
· That by providing images of your dog wearing the prize, you are consenting to Barbour using such imagery and words in the future for marketing and promotional purposes. Barbour will have the right to use, copy, edit, add to and publish in a public forum your name and imagery (in whole or in part) on a royalty-free basis as well as incorporating such imagery into other works in any technology format (whether existing or later developed).
· That your answers to the competition entry form may be published on Barbour digital channels and Barbour website.
· That Barbour reserves the right to ask the winner to provide proof of age and/or country of residence and the winner agrees to provide any information required by Barbour to fulfil their obligations under these terms and conditions as per applicable laws.
· That you may be requested to provide Barbour with proof that you are the account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.
General

· By entering this competition, you consent to receiving marketing emails from Barbour. You may unsubscribe later if you wish.
· Barbour reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the competition if any problem prevents the competition from running as planned as described above. Barbour is not responsible for technical errors or other occurrences which prevent the competition from running as planned.
· These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
