Celebrating the Wilderness Collection with Ben and Marina Fogle

To celebrate the launch of the Barbour Wilderness Collection, curated by British writer, broadcaster and adventurer, Ben Fogle and his wife, writer and broadcaster, Marina Fogle, we joined the couple at two exclusive Q&A events across the UK starting at the Barbour Covent Garden store, in Central London.
Each VIP guest was welcomed with a drinks reception and received a complimentary gift bag which included Ben and Marina’s book, UP, a detailed publication about Ben’s journey to the top of the highest mountain in the world, Mount Everest.
As the guests took their seats, Ben and Marina took centre stage with a 30-minute talk about the Wilderness Collection, their adventures together as a couple and as well as their favourite times spent together as a family. During the talk, Ben styled the Barbour Wilderness Ben Fogle Dyed Overshirt in Dark Chambray, whereas Marina opted for the Barbour Wilderness Marina Fogle Rowan Shirt in Navy/Green.
After the Q&A, Ben and Marina greeted the audience and members of the media individually; posing for photos beside the large displays and inside the store windows. Ben and Marina were incredibly excited to see their faces on the store displays.
After the successful launch at the Barbour Covent Garden store, we travelled over 400 miles from the English capital to the Scottish capital, to meet Ben at the Barbour Edinburgh store on Frederick Street.
Ben was particularly excited about our Scottish Q&A event, after expressing his love for the country and having spent a lot of time in the Outer Hebrides. Scotland also plays a significant role within Ben’s family life, having spent his honeymoon with Marina in the Scottish Highlands and his daughter, Iona, is named after the Scottish Island.
Ben welcomed a sold-out audience to the exclusive Q&A, with all guests receiving a complimentary gift bag and a chance to win a piece from the Barbour Wilderness collection. During the night, Ben styled the Barbour Wilderness Ben Fogle Special Overshirt with the Check Shirt.
Throughout the evening, Ben discussed his adventures around the world, including his many escapades around Scotland, his love of dogs and why he has partnered with Barbour to curate the Barbour Wilderness collection.
The audience was full of questions for Ben, asking him about his inspirations as well as his upcoming adventures, and towards the end of the evening had they had the chance to talk to Ben individually as well as having their books signed by the man himself. As the event drew to a close, Ben randomly selected a member of the audience from the raffle to win a piece from the Barbour Wilderness collection.
