'My Barbour' Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.

• Barbour offers you the option to customise the following wax jacket products:

            Beaufort Men’s Wax jacket, Bedale Men’s Wax jacket and Beadnell Ladies’ Wax jacket (‘Product’).

            You can do this by selecting the MyBarbour icon on the product page of those Products at www.barbour.com .

• This service is open to any persons resident in the United Kingdom.
• The prices for a customised (and monogrammed) jacket is as follows:-

            £299 for Beadnell

            £299 for Bedale

            £329 for Beaufort

• Our customisation service is available online only at www.barbour.com.
• Our customisation service allows you to choose any combination of the following;
• Outer wax cotton fabric colour
• Inner Lining colour/tartan pattern (Please note with a customised Beadnell Ladies Wax jacket, the inner lining will be the body and cuff only, the sleeve lining will be a plain nylon lining)
• Drip strip colour
• Collar colour
• Please note that the colour may vary from the example image shown in the My Barbour portal.

Please see the optional choices for colour and linings for each type of customisation.

• If the Union Jack lining is chosen as an option within your customised Product then please note the Union Jack lining will not be present on the cuff of the jacket. We will use a fabric that is tonal to the selected outer colour of the jacket. If the Product selected has a windcuff, the fabric used again will be tonal to the selection of colour on the outer fabric. Barbour will make the choice of the tonal colour that is best suited to the fabric on both occasions.
• As part of our customisation offering you can add personalisation to your customised jacket by adding monogramming at no further charge.
• Please note that the colours on the visualisation tool on our website may differ slightly from the colour on the final product.
• Whilst we will accept most personalisation requests, we cannot accept those that we consider inappropriate or may cause offence. If we reject a personalisation request, we will cancel your entire order and notify you by email. If we cancel your order after we have taken payment, we will refund the payment to you.
• As all our customised Products are individually made, your order will be shipped within 21 working days of you placing your order. You will be notified by our courier once we have shipped your order.  Please note that we will take full payment for your order at the time of placing the order.
• Please note that orders of customised products cannot be cancelled under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, as they are bespoke to your wishes.
• Please note the customised Product cannot be returned under our Returns Policy.
• Your statutory rights are not affected. If you feel your customised Product may have a fault, please contact Barbour Customer Service at [email protected] or 0800 9173000 .
• Barbour reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
• These terms are conditions are governed by English law.
