Barbour Coastal: AW19 Campaign

The AW19 Barbour Coastal collection is a celebration of our long and rich maritime heritage, which goes back to the beginnings of the brand in 1894, when John Barbour first starting providing oilskins and other clothing to sailors, fishermen and rivermen, to protect them from the worst of the North Sea weather.
This season’s coastal collection presents casualwear designed for the stylishly active and features colours that are fresh and warm in tone for autumn/winter. Find contemporary fitted styles, and a sporty vibe feature, all with a distinctly feminine edge. Flattering silhouettes in a range of quilts, waxes and waterproofs are designed for warmth and style in the outdoors. Knitwear focuses on more natural yarns, where styling is updated with marls and Fairisle styles, all with a nautical colourway of deep blues and off white.
Shirts in the collection are relaxed in fit with feminine checks and printed chambrays. Dresses feature signature navy white stripes, marl ombre colour blocking and casual sweat fabrications all in comfortable cotton or lambswool blends. Inspired by our coastal heritage, all styles feature our unique beacon branded trims.
