Barbour Neal Stree Opening Prize Draw – Re-Loved Jacket | Terms and Conditions
A few rules...
Who can enter?
· This draw is open to everyone who is legally resident in the United Kingdom, and who is physically located and resides in the United Kingdom at the time of entry, excluding employees or agents of Barbour and/or anyone professionally connected with the promotion and their immediate families.
· Entrants must be 18 years old and over.
Method of entry
· The competition starts at 10:00am on Friday 9th August 2024 GMT and runs until 11:59pm on Monday 30th September 2024 GMT.
· To enter, scan the QR code in-store at point of purchase to fill out the competition entry form.
· Strictly one entry is permitted by each applicant. Any duplicate entries will be disregarded.
The Prize
· There will be one prize winner who will receive a unique Barbour Re – loved jacket made in our South Shields factory.
· Sizes we can offer the jacket in are 30-52.
o Please note that the image shown is not a true representation of the jacket, and the final product may differ slightly upon production.
· The winner will be selected at random, and we will notify our winning entrant no later than 6th October 2024.
· All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. In the unlikely event a prize should become unavailable Barbour reserves the right to substitute for an alternative prize of Barbour product, of equal or higher value.
· J Barbour & Sons Ltd reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice, but this will not apply to any entries that have already been submitted.
· The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
Winner
· Barbour will contact the winner via the email address provided, within five days of the end of the week in which the competition takes place. The winner’s name may appear on barbour.com and by entering into this competition, you consent to Barbour revealing your name as the winner of the prize.
· The winner must claim their prize within 2 weeks of receipt of a notification from Barbour that they have won. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and Barbour reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to an alternative entrant using the same selection procedure.
· Barbour shall have no liability to a previously selected potential winner who has not responded in time.
· Please note the prize cannot be selected from retail stores or claimed via barbour.com. Delivery of the prize will be organised free of charge by Barbour to the successful entrant and Barbour will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery is within 30 days from when we have the winners size confirmed in writing.
· By entering this competition, you are agreeing:-
o That you consent that your name and entry message to be published on Barbour digital channels; and
o That you are over 18 years of age.
o To provide proof of age and/or and country of residence or any other relevant information required by Barbour to fulfil the prize as per applicable laws, and that you may not receive the prize until you have provided such information.
o That you will, in the event of winning, provide Barbour with proof that you are the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.
o That you will, in the event of winning, take part in publicity at Barbour’s request, including but not limited to taking a photograph wearing the unique Barbour Re – Loved jacket which may feature on our social media and digital channels.
General

· By entering this competition, you consent to receiving marketing emails from Barbour. You may unsubscribe later if you wish.
· Barbour reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the competition if any problem prevents the competition from running as planned as described above. Barbour is not responsible for technical errors or other occurrences which prevent the competition from running as planned.
· These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
