We recommend that you reproof your wax items annually to ensure the wax coating is maintained, however it really depends on how often you wear/ use them

Please note that we do not offer a cleaning service, your wax cotton garment should be cleaned, if necessary, by wiping down the fabric with cold water before sending it to us.
In the majority of cases we can successfully reproof a wax garment, however some items may not be possible due to the age or jacket type. If this applies to your wax garment our customer service team will contact you to return and issue a refund for this service.
Please note that the rewaxing may, initially, change the appearance of your item to have more of a sheen and be darker in colour. With wear the appearance of your garment will change again.
