Personalisation Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.

• Barbour offers personalisation options on a select number of Barbour Wax jackets online only. An icon will clearly mark the products where personalisation will be available. The personalisation options are only available when you purchase one of the qualifying Barbour Wax jackets; the personalisation options are not available for sale separately.
• Our personalisation service is only available on our UK Barbour website, www.barbour.com/uk.
• The personalisation service we offer is monogramming, personalised pin badge and/or personalised stud. If more than one personalisation option is chosen then the same selected characters will be monogrammed onto each option, please note you are not able to choose to have different characters on each personalisation option.
• Monogramming – we offer you the opportunity to have up to three characters monogrammed on either the collar or pocket flap in a choice of two colours and two fonts. The nature of the monogramming is that we will embroider the chosen characters through the material of the jacket. Please note this will mean the stitching from the monogramming will be visible on the underside of the fabric, for pocket flaps and collars.
• Personalised pin badge – we offer you the opportunity to have a pin badge personalised with up to three characters in a choice of two font styles. 
• Personalised studs – we offer you the opportunity to have up to three characters personalised on our Barbour stud which will be affixed to the collar of the jacket. We will offer two choices of font style and three different coloured studs. Due to the nature of how we will personalise the studs we cannot guarantee the orientation of the Barbour on the outer of the stud against the personalisation on the centre of the stud.  Please note that the personalised stud is for aesthetic purposes only and is not a functional stud.
• The positioning of the monogramming may differ slightly from the image online, as our Barbour Wax jackets differ in style, we will place the monogramming in the most favourable position.
• The price of our personalisation options will vary depending upon the number of options chosen. The price of your personalisation products will be calculated in your basket and will be visible before we ask you to confirm your order.
• Whilst we will accept most personalisation requests, we cannot accept those that we consider inappropriate or may cause offence. If we reject a personalisation request, we will cancel your entire order and notify you by email. If we cancel your order after we have taken payment, we will refund the payment to you.
• As personalisation requires extra processing, please note the shipment of your entire order may be delayed by 3-5 working days. You will be notified by our courier once we have shipped your order.
• Please note that orders of personalised products cannot be cancelled under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, as they are bespoke to your wishes.
• Please note the personalised product(s) cannot be returned under our Returns Policy. However, our Barbour Wax jacket purchased with only our personalised pin badge can be returned if the return complies with our Returns Policy.
• Barbour reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice. These terms are governed by English law.
