Named after a rural market town in North Yorkshire, the Barbour Bedale® Waxed Jacket was first introduced into the range in 1980. Designed by our Chairman Dame Margaret Barbour, this lightweight style was originally designed to cater to the equestrian market thanks to its shorter length that is ideal for riding.

THE DRIP STRIP -

Designed for the equestrian market, the Bedale Jacket features a nylon inner 'drip strip' to prevent dampness from your horse's back seeping into the jacket when riding.
