Barbour Bedale Wallace & Gromit Jacket Competition | Terms and Conditions

A few rules...  

  

Who can enter? 

·      This draw is open to everyone, except for employees or agents of Barbour and/or anyone professionally connected with the promotion and their immediate families. 

·      Entrants must be 18 years and over. 

·      The competition starts at 10:00 to 18:00 (GMT) on Thursday 6 November 2025 and 10:00 to 18:00 (GMT) on Friday 7 November (Promotional Period).

  

Method of entry 

 

·      To enter, retrieve your FREE hot drink from the Barbour Coffee Land Rover, located at Covent Garden, London and be in with a chance of winning a bespoke Barbour Bedale Wallace and Gromit Jacket made in your jacket size in the South Shields factory, Northeast England. There are also 2600 Wallace and Gromit Pin badges and 50 classic tartan scarves available as runner up prizes.

·       Strictly one entry (one hot drink) is permitted by each applicant. 

 

 

To be successfully entered into the Barbour Wallace and Gromit Jacket Competition, you will need to:

 

·      Retrieve your free hot drink from the Barbour Coffee Land Rover (please note that drinks will be supplied by a third-party supplier and not Barbour itself).

·      Retain the winning cup and take it to the Barbour Long Acre or Barbour Neal Street Store by 18:00 (GMT) on Sunday 9th November 2025.

·      The winning cup for the main prize is identified by revealing the wording ‘Bespoke Wallace & Gromit Bedale Waxed Jacket’ under the scratch off panel on the cup. 

·      For the runner up prizes the wording of 'Limited Edition Wallace & Gromit Pin Badge' or ‘Classic Barbour Tartan Scarf’ is revealed under the scratch off panel on the cup.

  

The Prize 

·      The main prize is 1 x Wallace and Gromit Barbour Bedale Jacket.

·      The winner will need to provide Barbour with their Jacket size, email address and home address for the jacket to be delivered to when completed. The main prize will then be produced in the specified size. As the Wallace and Gromit Barbour Jacket is custom-made, please ensure the correct size is provided, as no changes or exchanges can be accommodated.

·      Runner up prizes are 2600 Wallace and Gromit Pin badges and 50 classic tartan scarves.

·      All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. In the unlikely event a prize should become unavailable Barbour reserves the right to substitute for an alternative prize of equal or higher value. 

·      J Barbour & Sons Ltd reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice but this will not apply to any daily competition which has already started. It can be cancelled for future days where entries have not yet commenced. 

·      The odds of winning depend on the total number of complimentary hot drinks redeemed, during the Promotional Period.

  

Winner 

  • The winners will need to take their winning cup to the Barbour Long Acre or Barbour Neal Street store by 18:00 (GMT) on Sunday 9th November 2025.
  • The runner up prizes will be given out by the store staff on presentation of a winning cup.
  • If the prizes are unclaimed after this time, they will lapse.

·     Please note the main prize cannot be selected from retail stores or claimed via barbour.com. Delivery of the main prize will be organised free of charge by Barbour to the successful entrant. 

·     Barbour will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery takes place as soon as possible but delivery before Christmas is not guaranteed. 

·     By entering this competition, you are agreeing to your name and entry message to be published on Barbour digital channels. You are also confirming to Barbour that you are over 18 years of age.

·     The winners’ name is available on request.

·     Barbour reserves the right to ask the winners to provide proof of age and/or state and country of residence, and the winners agree to provide any information required by Barbour to fulfil the prize as per applicable laws.

·     Barbour reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the competition if any problem prevents the competition from running as planned as described above. Barbour is not responsible for technical errors or other occurrences which prevent the competition from running as planned. 

·     These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
