Barbour x Shaun the Sheep Re-loved Jacket Competition | Terms and Conditions

A few rules…

 Who can enter? 

• This draw is open to everyone who is legally resident in the United Kingdom and who is physically located and resides in the country where they are legally resident at the time of entry, excluding employees or agents of Barbour and/or anyone professionally connected with the promotion and their immediate families.
• These terms and conditions are for entrants from the United Kingdom. 
• Entrants must be 18 years and over.
• No purchase necessary and entry is free.
• The competition starts at 9:00am on Friday 22nd November 2024 GMT and runs until 9:00am on Friday 29th November 2024 GMT.

Method of entry 

• To enter, visit https://www.barbour.com/win-exclusive-jacket-competition and fill out the competition entry form.   
• Strictly one entry is permitted by each applicant. Any duplicate entries will be disregarded.

The Prize 

• There will be one prize winner who will receive the following Barbour product:

Barbour x Shaun the Sheep Re-loved Jacket

• Prize winner's jacket will be made to measure.

Please note that the image shown is not a true representation of the jacket, and the final product may differ slightly upon production.

• Prizes will be selected at random, and we will notify our winning entrant no later than Thursday 5^th December 2024 [11:59pm GMT]. 
• All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. In the unlikely event a prize should become unavailable Barbour reserves the right to substitute for an alternative prize of equal or higher value.
• J Barbour & Sons Ltd reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice but this will not apply to any daily competition which has already started. It can be cancelled for future days where entries have not yet commenced. 
• The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

Winner 

• Barbour will contact the winner via the email address provided, within five days of the end of the week in which the competition takes place. The successful winner’s name may appear on barbour.com and by entering into this competition, you consent to Barbour revealing your name as the successful winner of the prize and the reason why you wished to receive the gift. 
• The winners must claim their prize within 1 week of notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and Barbour reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to an alternative entrant using the same selection procedure.
• Barbour shall have no liability to a previously selected potential winner who has not responded in time.
• Please note the prize cannot be selected from retail stores or claimed via barbour.com. Delivery of the prize will be organised free of charge by Barbour to the successful entrant and Barbour will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery is within 30 days of the day of the promotion. 
• Whilst Barbour will try and deliver the prize before Christmas, delivery is not guaranteed.
• By entering this competition, you are agreeing to your name and entry message to be published on Barbour digital channels. You are also confirming to Barbour that you are over 18 years of age.
• The winner’s name is available on request.
• Barbour reserves the right to ask the winner to provide proof of age and/or state and country of residence and the winner agrees to provide any information required by Barbour to fulfil the prize as per applicable laws.
• A potential winner may be requested to provide Barbour with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.

• By entering this competition, you consent to receiving marketing emails from Barbour. You may unsubscribe later if you wish.
• Barbour reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the competition if any problem prevents the competition from running as planned as described above. Barbour is not responsible for technical errors or other occurrences which prevent the competition from running as planned.
• These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
