Who can enter?
This draw is open to everyone excluding employees or agents of Barbour, Classic British Hotels and/or anyone professionally connected with the promotion and their immediate families. Entrants must be 18 years and over. No purchase necessary.
The competition starts on Monday 4th March and closes on Friday 31st May at 23:59pm

By entering this prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions: 1. Competition closes at midnight, Friday 31 May 2019. 2. Winner will be notified by email shortly thereafter. If the Promoter does not receive a response within 7 days of initial contact, another winner will be drawn. 3. Break must be booked and taken by 31 December 2019. 4. Prize break is subject to promotional availability. Excludes: 28 Jun–8 Sep; 20 Dec–31 Dec; and special event dates. Redemption mid-week only; arrival Monday, departure Friday. 5. No purchase necessary. 6. Prize break is for 4 adults staying for 4 nights in 2-bedroom country lodge at Stoke by Nayland Hotel; 4 spa passes for one day; 4 goodie bags to take home. 7. £200 refundable security deposit is required on check-in. Additional expenses incurred to be paid for on check-out from the hotel. 8. Travel expenses are not included. 9. No cash or alternative prizes are available except that in the event of circumstances outside the promoter’s control it reserves the right to substitute alternative of equal or greater value. 10. The promoter reserves the right to amend or remove the competition without prior notification. 11. The promoter’s decision is final. 12. Automated entries will be disqualified.

Barbour reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the competition if any problem prevents the competition from running as planned. Barbour is not responsible for technical errors or other occurrences which prevent the competition from running as planned. These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
The winning entry will be chosen by Barbour at random, the decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into. Barbour will notify the winning entry via the email address given on the competition form no later than one week after the competition closing date. The winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and Barbour reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to an alternative entrant.
