Designed with a shirt hem with an inner storm skirt to allow the hem to be tightened to prevent unwanted drafts and an inner drawcord to the waist to allow you to cinch it in for a tailored silhouette, this style is complete with a functional hood that can be drawn in around the face and at the nape of the neck to allow it to move with you.
