    SELFRIDGES PROJECT EARTH CAR X BARBOUR RE-LOVED

    To celebrate Selfridges' Project Earth campaign, we're collaborating to create an eco-friendly Land Rover, complete with an electric engine and a Barbour Tartan interior.

    The E-Lander has been upcycled, with its diesel engine replaced with an electric one, and beautiful Barbour Classic Tartan upholstery making up the interior. With some bodywork upgrades and a new lick of paint, this old car is as good as new - not to mention helping the planet!     As the perfect combination of Barbour Re-loved, and Selfridges' Project Earth campaign, the car represents our commitment to reusing and recycling. Revitalised for a greener world, this Land Rover creates a harmonious balance of practicality, and style.

    INSIDE THE CAR

    This eco-friendly electric Land Rover does 0-60 in just 4 seconds, and underwent some serious modifications to make it feel like new. This included upgraded axle components, half shafts, drive flanges and CV joints. The Bahama yellow paint by Urban Truck is the finishing touch to the car's exterior, and complements Barbour's classic tartan on the interior.
