Badge of an Original; The story so far…
summer 2019
Badge of an Original represents adventure, free-spirit, and confidence. Those who have adorned our black and yellow roundel, past, present and future, have one thing in common; inherent originality.
We have asked you to share your best Badge of an Original looks with us as part of our monthly competition, and here are some of our favourites.

John Ledingham, Barbour International enthusiast, showed us his best Badge of an Original look wearing his Barbour International Original Wax. Here is @dirtybearsracer wearing his Barbour International Wax Jacket after adventures on his Suzuki DR600. He was inspired by our rich motorcycle heritage, introduced by Duncan Barbour who created the one piece International motorcycle suit in 1936. Max Kingsley Hanon was pictured in his limited edition Barbour International Twill Washed Jacket on top of the Empire State Building on his trip to New York City.
We’d love to see how you wear your Barbour International, and what it means to you. For a chance to be featured and enter our monthly competition, share a photo of you wearing your Barbour International gear via Instagram or Twitter, using @BarbourInternational and #BadgeOfAnOriginal, and tell us what Barbour International means to you.
The monthly winner can select a prize of Barbour International clothing to the value of £250, to accompany them on their next adventure. Read our Terms and Conditions of entry for more information.
