If you wish to return a waxed garment for servicing, please print and complete our garment return form below, highlighting which repairs are required and send your jacket to us with your payment clearly marked for the attention of Department RR.
The time it takes to service and return your garment fluctuates depending on demand and is currently taking more than 6 weeks. To help shorten this leadtime we recommend you complete the garment return form to send in your jacket and make payment in advance.
By using this form you will already know the work that is to be completed along with the relevant charges. Our factory will then be able to proceed with the repairs on receipt of the garment without further delay. We hope that by using this method we can significantly reduce turnaround times.
PLEASE NOTE: The South Shields factory is closed from Monday 27th May, reopening Monday 3rd June and therefore no servicing requests can be dealt with during this time. Where possible please avoid posting garments whilst the factory is closed.
