  • Keep in cool, dry, ventilated storage away from direct sunlight and sources of ignition. Avoid excessive temperatures. Container should be tightly closed when not in use.

  • INGREDIENTS; Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Amides, coco, N,N-bis(hydroxyethyl), 1-Propanaminium, 3-amino-N-(carboxymethyl)-N,N-dimethy l-, N-coco acyl derivs., hydroxides, inner salts, Inulin, Citric acid, Trisodium citrate, Citric acid.
  • Store in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze.

  • For the product to be returned, please make sure you retain all original packaging, including outer packaging and cellophane wrapper. You will need to provide proof of purchase (E-receipt).

    Standard Delivery - £4.95 (usually shipped within 5 working days of orders being placed, however during busier times could be up to 7 days.).

    Standard Delivery is Free when you spend £49.

    Next Working Day Delivery - £9.95.

    Barbour.com purchases can only be delivered to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man addresses

    Please note: there may be circumstances which lead to us sending your order out in separate deliveries, if this occurs you will be advised by email of the item(s) that have been shipped. Our courier will be in touch to advise of your on hour delivery timeslot for each delivery.

    Promotions

    Returns

    Free Returns are available across ALL orders.

    If you need to return an item to Barbour please do so within 28 days following delivery of your goods.

    Go to barbour.mp-returns.com to select your postage label for printing or scanning. Please obtain proof of posting when returning your parcel.

    Exchanges

    Unfortunately we do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item purchased online, we advise returning the unwanted item for a refund and making a new purchase.

    Delivery of Customised Items

    As all our customised Products are individually made, your order will be shipped within 21 working days of you placing your order. You will be notified by our courier once we have shipped your order. Please note that we will take full payment for your order at the time of placing the order. Please note, due to factory shut down from the 1st - 27th August 2024 no MyBarbour jackets will be made during this time (this does not include Repair and Re-Wax).
