Barbour by ALEXACHUNG: SS20 Collection
AUTUMN WINTER 2019
We are proud to announce our first spring/summer collection with ALEXACHUNG, which effortlessly combines Barbour’s practical countryside clothing with the hustle and bustle of the city.
Through the ALEXACHUNG lens, we see the first collection mature, as it's pulled into a more contemporary, city-esque look and feel. Featuring a wide range of outerwear designs and a shirt in two pretty patterns, this collection introduces new styles and colours but is still inspired by Barbour's iconic archive. This includes cropped jackets inspired by the Spey as well as fresh, feminine colours of pink, yellow and bordeaux, and a fresh take on wax in various cuts.
The collection also sees a new wax Patch jacket, due to its popularity in the last collection. Based on the archive Beaufort jacket, this style is updated with new, seasonal colours of black, bordeaux and olive.
Fresh and fun, the new cropped wax jacket, the Barbour Margot Wax, was inspired by Barbour’s iconic fishing jacket the Spey. With black and white Northumbria check lining, this jacket is perfected with gold and silver dipped drawcord ends. It offers an exciting take on a timeless style, suitable for the modern woman.
Also, there is the Barbour Mildred Casual jacket, which offers the wearer a long, lightweight style, perfect for summer evenings. Design features include a detachable corduroy collar, front button fastening, wraparound slim-line belt and Barbour’s iconic Tattersall check lining, which was first introduced in 1994.
Designed to appeal to those who want to achieve the perfect combination of tradition and modernity, you can find these new styles and much more in the full collection.
