Barbour sources its products from around the world, and requires our contracted suppliers and factories to comply with relevant legislation and industry standards for fair, safe and dignified working conditions.

Barbour’s Supply Chain Code of Conduct labour rights commitments are based on the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code and the International Labour Organisation (ILO) Core Conventions.

Barbour will not tolerate or condone any abuse of human rights. Barbour is a full member of SEDEX which is a not for profit organisation enabling access to independent and comprehensive third party audit reports on factories and suppliers. These are used to complement our assessment of our suppliers’ ethical standards.

All Barbour suppliers must follow our Barbour Code of Conduct, We communicate these standards to our suppliers and factories and monitor compliance and work with international, professional third-party independent auditors to conduct detailed audits.
