Who can enter?

This draw is open to everyone excluding employees or agents of Barbour and/or anyone professionally connected with the promotion and their immediate families.

Entrants must be 18 years and over.

No purchase necessary and entry is free.

The competition starts at 5:00pm on Friday 12th November 2021 and runs until 11:59pm on Sunday 12^th December 2021 (GMT). 

 

By entering, you agree that:

You are over 18 years old.

Your name and photograph may be announced on barbour.com, Barbour and Barbour Dogs social channels and the Barbour email newsletter.

If you change your mind, please inform us in writing and we will remove the imagery from further use.

 

The prize

• The three winners will win a Barbour Dogs festive bundle containing the following:
• Dog Coat
• Dog Collar
• Dog Shampoo
• Dog Cologne
• Dog Toy
• All items are subject to stock availability.
• Barbour prizes are subject to availability and cannot be selected from retail stores or claimed via barbour.com. Delivery of the prize will be organised by Barbour.
• The inventory the team can access for competition prizes can differ from the stock listed as available on the Barbour website. We will confirm what we are able to source for you and notify you if Barbour will need to arrange any alternative choices due to availability.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. In the unlikely event this prize should become unavailable, Barbour reserves the right to substitute for a prize of equal or greater value.
• COVID-19 measures have delayed certain product shipments, as such we will notify you when your prize has been dispatched upon arrival with our team at Barbour House in South Shields.
• J Barbour & Sons Ltd reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Method of Entry

To be successfully entered into the Barbour Dogs Christmas competition, you will need to:

• Follow @barbourdogs on Instagram.
• Share a photo of your festive Barbour Dog to your personal Instagram or Twitter, tagging @barbourdogs and using #BarbourChristmas within the post caption.

 

The Winners

There will be a total of three (3) winners across the entirety of the competition.

Entrants will be entered into a prize draw and the winner will be selected by a panel of judges at Barbour.

Barbour will contact the winner by email or by original method of entry in order to make contact with the weekly winner, within five days.

The winners must claim their prize within 7 days of notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and Barbour reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to an alternative entrant.

Please note the prize cannot be selected from retail stores or claimed via barbour.com. Delivery of the prize will be organised by Barbour to the successful entrant. 

Whilst Barbour will try and deliver the prize before Christmas, delivery is not guaranteed.

The winner’s name is available on request in accordance with the CAP Code.

This competition is governed by English law.
