Barbour X Norse Projects AW20
This season, we’re excited to celebrate the launch of our first collaboration with Danish label Norse Projects, which combines the maritime heritage of both brands to create a practical, yet stylish menswear collection.
The collaboration perfectly combines Barbour’s rich and iconic heritage with the minimalist, simplicity of Copenhagen-based label Norse Projects. Presenting contemporary outerwear, heavyweight knitwear and soft cotton jerseys, this collection sees classic workwear design and sharp detailing blend seamlessly to create a functional, dependable menswear wardrobe.
Jacket styles are inspired by Barbour’s archive pieces, while hats, footwear, and accessories complete the range to keep you fully equipped for the season, and the unpredictable weather that comes with it.
The Ursula Wax pays homage to Barbour’s Ursula Suit which was developed in 1939 by British submarine officer Captain George Phillips. With this clear nod to Barbour’s maritime history, this exciting jacket is available in navy, sand, and a striking shade of orange.
The longer style, the North Seas Parka, is based on Barbour’s Gamefair jacket. Featuring the classic Barbour corduroy on the trims and inner collar, this piece has a purposeful design with plenty of pocket space and a fixed hood.
To complete the collection, the short-length Chelsea wellington boot, the Fury Wellingtons, have elasticated sides for flexibility, and a mudguard. No matter what activity you’re up to this season, you’re equipped with a stylish yet tough boot that doesn’t compromise on utility or style.
You can shop the Barbour x Norse Projects collection from Friday 28th August. Head to our new arrivals page on Friday to be one of the first to discover the pieces.
