September 14th 2017
This Autumn/Winter we’re celebrating the very best of Barbour with two special Limited Edition Jackets. Inspired by our iconic Barbour Bedale Jacket, both the limited edition Men’s Ashby Jacket and the Women’s Beadnell Jacket each have signature Dress Gordon tartan linings.
The Dress Gordon Tartan lining became popular in the 1980s with its distinctive white, black and green checks.  It is the first time that these two styles have taken the Dress Gordon lining combining nostalgia with modernity.

Men's Ashby Jacket

Named after a small market town in the countryside of North West Leicestershire, the Ashby has all the signatures of an iconic Barbour jacket in an updated tailored fit. Taking the classic Bedale jacket features with a cord collar, angled hand warmer pockets, large bellows pockets and distinctive rear vents and a contemporary tailored silhouette.

Women's Beadnell Jacket

Named after a coastal village in Northumberland, the Beadnell, designed exclusively for women, was introduced into the range for Autumn Winter 2010. The Beadnell takes all of the iconic Barbour features in a flattering fit. Multi-pocketed with two large bellows pockets and two hand warmer pockets, it has a corduroy collar and two studded rear vents, inspired by the original equestrian purpose of the Bedale jacket to be worn in the saddle.
The limited edition Ashby and Beadnell waxed jackets will be available only from Barbour retail stores from October 12th.
