Born in Scotland not far from where our founder, John Barbour grew up, Sam Heughan has been wearing our waxed jackets from a young age. Combining his love of the brand and passion for the Scottish countryside, the collection was created working closely with our design team to reinvent classic styles and add his own personal twist to everyday staples.

The Augite waxed jacket lends a smart appeal to a classic sporty design featuring decorative stitching across the shoulders, a chunky corduroy collar and two flap pockets which come in handy on countryside walks or on your morning commute. The Tinnop quilted jacket is an updated version of the Tinford design, complete with four practical storage pockets and two handwarmers for colder days, and the Evanton quilt draws inspiration from the Putney jacket which offers a sporty box quilt, two snap fastened pockets and a chunky cord collar for added warmth.

The lambswool Applecross sweater creates a textured look with a two-toned yarn and leather trimmed elbow patches perfect for layering over a choice of two shirts in the collection, the Bacchus Highland check shirt offers a cosy brushed finish whilst the Challow Country check shirt features a button down collar and chest pocket for a timeless plaid appeal. Complete the look with the corduroy Ayton sports cap in the classic gold Barbour colourway for a hint of authenticity. This six panel cap comes in a vintage washed finish branded with worn metal hardware and a tartan lining.
