None of these materials or any part of this website may be used or reproduced without the prior consent of Barbour and any infringement of this requirement will be rigorously prosecuted.

Since 1894 J. Barbour & Sons Ltd has produced the highest quality clothing and accessories for the town and country. Barbour clothing is now more in demand than ever and has become the lifestyle brand of choice for people who are looking for the best clothing from a highly regarded British company.
Unfortunately, the strong reputation and popularity of the Barbour brand has also caught the attention of those looking to profit from criminal activity, and as a result, counterfeit Barbour merchandise is now making its way to the market.
Many of these couterfeit goods are being sold via the internet and in particular on eBay. Therefore, to be completely safe, we strongly encourage our customers to buy Barbour products from our own stores or from authorised Barbour stockists.

If you only purchase products via our own stores or authorised stockists, you will be guaranteed to receive genuine Barbour goods. Purchases made elsewhere, including but not limited to eBay, are not encouraged by J Barbour & Sons Ltd because we cannot be liable for any losses as a result of customers receiving counterfeit or faulty merchandise from such sources.
Protecting our brand is of paramount importance to us. You have a statutory right to see a copy of the information we hold about you on payment of a fee, which is currently £10.
