Did you know… approximately 13,000 jackets come through Barbour customer service each year to be repaired, reproofed or altered.
Please note that our Customer Services factory closes for their annual 3 week summer holiday on Friday 30 July 2010. Whilst parcels can be accepted during this time, no processing will take place and delays may be inevitable when the factory returns to work . We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.
Barbour offer a comprehensive reproofing, repair and alteration service for Barbour Wax garments. With regular maintenance a Barbour waxed jacket should give you years of wear.
To take advantage of Barbour's reproofing and repair service, you can either return your wax jacket to the shop you bought it from, or send it directly to us. If you would like to return your garment directly to us follow these simple steps:-

Please provide your mobile phone number so our carrier can text you when your garment is due to be delivered.
How much will it cost you?
Prices are detailed on the Garment Repair Form. Payment should be made at the same time as returning the garment to us. (e.g via Cheque or Credit Card details, Please note all cheques must be in Pound Sterling).How long will it take?
We will give you an estimated delivery date once we have received your garment and payment.We recommend that you pay for postal insurance when you return your garment to us. (From your Post Office).

Your wax cotton garment should be cleaned by wiping down the fabric with cold water before sending it to us and also ensure that pockets are emptied.
Please also note that the comprehensive repair and reproofing service we offer is for Barbour Waxed Cotton garments only.
