This week, Barbour hosted a clay-shooting day for members of the UK sporting press in the beautiful surroundings of West Wycombe House. The event was held to showcase a sneak preview of the new Barbour Sporting Collection, which will be available to purchase from July.
Teams from leading sporting publications were invited to shoot from five stands placed around the estate, and it turned out to be the perfect test drive for the new range as the Barbour jackets came out in full force once the rain arrived!
This week we met Kieron from men's style blog STYLE STANDS ALONE. Kieron envisioned for SSA to be a source of style, arts and culture for guys to explore and enjoy. The SSA team are continuously scouring the industry for whats new and innovative.
Trend: Clash of Prints – Both 2012 and 2013 are full of prints, as seen on the European and London catwalks. Its all about exploring different ways to wear and being experimental with menswear.

We've designed the commemorative t-shirt for this year’s Newcastle Fashion Week which takes place from Saturday 26 May – Sunday 3 June. A unique limited edition, the t-shirt shows a view of the countryside within the motif of a dog. Designed by the Barbour’s ladieswear team, the inspiration came from one of the team walking their dog in the Northumberland countryside.
In the first of our series of guest stylists, we work with London based personal stylist, Goldie Styling, She brings us her must have trend to keep warm and dry in the typical British weather we seem to be having. Goldie Styling talks us through her favorite trend for the season ahead: Hunter Gatherer Work Wear with a New Military colour palette.
Chinos - a good Spring piece, it’s not quite warm enough to get the legs out, and these are perfect for when I am riding my bike.
